How do I choose and book a room?

Compare our four properties and choose a room. “Check availability on Airbnb” opens its listing, where you can enter your dates and review the room, total price and conditions before confirming. Clicking a link on this site does not confirm a booking.

Are the rooms next to the landmarks they are named after?

Room names are a tribute to Rome and other places. Your actual location is the property address: Etruria, Ceneda and Pomezia are in the Re di Roma/San Giovanni area; Umberto is in Esquilino, in the Termini area.

Does every room have a whirlpool bath?

No. Fori Imperiali and Villa Borghese at Etruria, and Fontana di Trevi at Ceneda, have private whirlpool baths. Pantheon at Pomezia has an in-room bathtub without whirlpool jets. Other rooms do not include these features.

How does check-in work?

Access uses your smartphone and the instructions sent by your host. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Complete the requested registration before arrival and contact your host ahead of time if you need assistance.

Is breakfast served at the property?

Breakfast is offered at a nearby café. Your host will explain where to go and how it works. Please confirm dietary requirements, allergies and opening hours before booking.

Can I cook or leave my luggage?

Shared areas have tables and facilities for a break; there are no stovetops. At Etruria and Ceneda, luggage can be left in the shared area, which is unattended. For Umberto and Pomezia, please arrange any luggage storage directly with your host.
